I have this sore on my inner labia that will bleed sometimes. I've only had it for a few days and it's just one sore - it's not like a rash or outbreak that I know of. I also know that I have very sensitive skin and was wondering if over-wiping when you use the restroom can cause a sore and make it bleed? Has anyone else had this problem?

it could just be a Bartholin's gland cysts, these happen mostly before during or just after your period, a good preventitive I have found, is to use baby wipes frequently to keep the area clean and dry and use tampons and a panty liner instead of pads. Als dont squeeze them as this will just irratate nd make them bigger and more painful

if you are unsure though or it doesnt heal in more than 4 or 5 days, get to the doc!

TSS is a systemic disease caused by bacteria in tampons releasing a toxin. It is characterized by fever, low blood pressure, rash, and multiorgan involvement. Thanks to an outbreak in the 80s, new sanitation rules have evolved and there is relatively no risk to using tampons.

Have you had unprotected sex in the past two weeks? Is the sore painful? It sounds a lot like syphilis. The clinical presentation of syphilis is a solitary lesion on the genitals that is non-painful, and resolves (goes away on its own) in 3-7 weeks. However, the bacteria is still in the body, so a secondary infection develops, usually with fever, general body ache, and a rash. This too will go away on its own, and will often be mistaken for a flu. The problem is that many years down the road (up to 10 years), the bacteria will again cause problems, but this time it can seriously affect many organs, including the brain.

If you've had unprotected sex, go get a test. Syphilis can be easily treated with a simple course of penicillin (it's one of the few bacteria that are still sensitive), and you can save yourself a lot of harm.

It could be anything from overzealous hygine to a STD. Make sure you are cleaning from front to back and clean that area well when you take your daily shower or bath. If you have vaginal itching it could be a yeast infection so I would go to the doc asap and get it checked. Do not have sex until you know for sure. It could push a yeast infection up where it is difficult to get rid of. I speak from experience. However those are pretty easy to get rid of so if it is something the doc has to treat cheer up because it could be an easy fix.
