Christine Jennings claims that documented under votes were statistically abnormally high (15%) and this was caused by problems with electronic voting machines in Sarasota county. Under votes are races where no candidate was selected. Given that the under votes represent about 14,000 voters and the margin of victory was only 379 votes she is asking the court to declare her the victor.
Her basis for this relief is that based on statistical analysis of the overall vote in Sarasota county that if the under votes were counted she would have exceed the margin of victory of her opponent
your thoughts folks?
I especially am interested on hearing what you think about what she is asking the court to do
here's a link to the actual lawsuit filed
