I don't know about any "conjoined twins" where one
has committed a crime (minor one at that) and both
were sentenced.
How many conjoined twins are there, that live long
enough to grow up?
I know of only one pair, they are sisters, (TV) and
they are busy making the best of their life's.

No, especially if conjoined twin 1 forced conjoined twin 2 to come along during the murder. If so, the sentence may be that they can never part. Plus, what if #2 had no idea what #1 had done? Or worse, what if #2 knew but did not report the crime? Or maybe #2 did report it but it is merely one word against another. Did they do DNA sampling to see which one REALLY did it? Which head is #1 and which arm does #1 control? They may have confused the arm doing the murder with the head on the same side, but we all know the right side controls the left and vice-versa. Or, if one arm held the victim while the other killed the vctim, they are both guilty.

I am a conjoined twin. I am a girl and my brother is stuck on me. He has a bit of a temper. He once held our physics teacher out the window til he gave him a passing grade, I was the teachers pet and well he gave me an A+ becuase of all that private tutoring he gave me at his house. We made love a few times etc tec. My brother was turned off by this. My brother threatened the teacher saying he would tell the principle he was sleeping with his students for good grades. That did not work so he hung him out the window. Well to make a long story short, I got pregnant and married the teacher and he and my brother have been close ever since. In fact my brother always babysits for us when we need to be alone. Oh and its Double jeopardy if anyone gets killed so I am safe at least.

Only if "conjoined twin B" was the victim.

No, but twin B would be seen as an accomplice to murder and therefore sentenced as well.
