Its spyware, its a browser hijack and they can be tricky to fix.
Before attempting to remove malware you must switch off System Restore as back up files will be hiding in there, and it will just restore itself. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Run your anti virus and anti spyware in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.
Then beef up your security. Its easier to prevent malware getting on to your sytem in the first place rather than trying to remove it. All the following programs are free for personal use;
You need to install one firewall.
The Windows firewall doesn't stop malware on your pc from dialling out.

http://www.comodogroup.com/ - Comodo security suite.
You need to install one anti virus;
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/ -AVG anti virus or
http://www.avast.com - Avast Antivirus
You need all three anti spyware programs;
http://www.ewido.net - AVG(Ewido) anti trojan.
http://www.lavasoft.com - Ad-Aware SE Personal anti adware
http://www.safer-networking.org - Spybot Search and Destroy anti spyware. Use the Teatimer settings to pre=otect Internet Explorer, and the Immuniser to stop malware getting on your pc.
And these are useful utilities;

http://www.ccleaner.com Cr*pcleaner Registry cleaner and privacy tool
Winpatrol is a handy utility that tracks cookies on your pc and stops unwanted changes to your startup folder.

Spywareblaster works with Internet Explorer and Firefox. It won't uninstall spyware that is already on your pc, but it will prevent hijacks and other malicious changes to your browser.

http://spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm - The Spyware Warrior site identifies fake anti spyware programs.

Click start, click run, type msconfig, click launch system restore, click next, choose a date from the calendar before the problem began. Click next twice more, wait for the system to reboot.
9.9 times out of 10 this will fix any problem.
System restore does not cause you to lose saved data.
It only effects the windows registry - NOT your data.
Also if you are unhappy w/ the outcome system restore is completely reversible - just follow the steps above only put the dot next to "undo a previous restore" at the first screen.
Once you are back in business - download Ad-Aware and Microsoft Anti-Spy and hijackthis.
These are the best tools to fight such stuff.
Most importantly of all - if you are going to surf porno sites, don't use internet explorer.
Use Opera and disable both cookies & automatic referring.

If you know how to do this, take a look at the "HOSTS" file It should contain one active line for Local host.....127 00 00 00. Anything else could be a hijack. The Hosts file is the first place your computer looks to convert the words "ebay.co.uk" to the string of numbers that is the real address.

You have not mentioned that which web browser you use. Anyways, one simpler way can be using Ad-Aware. Download the software, update the definitions, “Perform full system scan”. In my opinion, it is really a good software for such problems. Use Mozilla Firefox 2.0 (it’s better than ever version of Firefox) for browsing. Internet Explorer can be useful when you encounter any problem in Firefox, because Firefox does not support .asp pages, but IE shall only be used for quality sites, about which, one knows, will not contain any spam/adware type of stuff.
You shall always use some anti-virus software (if, you are not using), I like avast! antivirus.

There's a free program called HiJackThis which is meant specifically to tackle problems like that. It lists all the add ons your browser has picked up and explains what they are. You should be able to identify the file that's causing your problem and fix it with this. Techies use HiJackThis because it doesn't make decisions for you, deleting and disabling things you actually wanted to keep, which sometimes happens with automatic scan and fix programs.

search for that ebay site using a search engine instead. Also have you ever been to this site before and never had that problem? If not the site could be a fake. Or you may have alot of spyware on your pc. Run a disk clean up, and spyware removal program on your pc.
