I have been using paypal for years. You go to their site and click on the signup, enter your information including credit card and bank account info. there is only a charge if you receive payment. it is around 3%. The payment is taken right out of your bank account or your charge card and is just like a credit card purchase. It is real handy for different auction sites as well as forums if you want to buy or sell something since the average person does not have a credit card machine.
