even though i am a nadal fan i feel that federer is the better player as he is more consistent.on clay nadal is the king.personality wise i feel nadal is more impressive and charming compared to federer.

Now this is an excellent question. It's obvious that it takes on more than the individual player's abilities. It's well established that Federer is better than Nadal on all surfaces except clay. He's an absolutely phenomenal player, but like most Austrains, he's a robot. He has way more talent than personality on or off court.
Nadal on the other hand is a tad more wild, but he really rules over clay. He's a bit of a badass, he wrecks cars, has long hair, but Federer was featured in People's "sexiest man" edition. Personally, I think his nose is a bit too crooked and mouth way too thin-lipped for that. They should've given that to Nadal, though, but the problem is that he's 20, so he might be a bit too young for their taste.
So back to ability, Nadal will eventually make it to nmber 1 if he learns to beat Federer on the other surfaces, or if he waits another 5 years when Federer's game will begin to weaken a bit. Besides that, I have to say that Federer is an overall better player.

Basically tennis is a game of immense concentration and stamina. Playin da game for 3-4 hours is not a joke. So we have to appreciate both of them in that sense. But I feel Federer is good than Rafael because he takes the game seriously. Everytime he plays he respects the opposition and plays calmly. Overconfidence is never seen on his face. Also being a champion he does not fancy his chances in the match. On the other hand Nadal is an anxious young man. He creates problems for himself in the court unlike Federer

I personally am a huge Nadal fan. But Roger is the best on grass and hard. Nadal is the best on clay though.

Federer on all other courts but clay, and Nadal on clay.

well for me NADAL is the best..( mostly in Clay court) i hate roger eventhough his the world number one , his not that popular... ;)

Raefal nadal.............he is an athletic person,having more stamina.........he will win more grandslam title than federer
