I'm black, and I believe that's some bullshit. To the two guy's credit, they're not asking for any money. It's that ***** Gloria Allred, who is one step below ambulance chaser. The guys, I believe said that they're not looking for money.
It's a free country, everybody should be able to say what they want, without being sued unless you can prove that it has caused irreparable damage to someone's life or career. I don't give a **** about Kramer, he's a washed up comedian for chrissakes.

I think Richards was out of line and got carried away in the heat of the moment. For heaven's sake, he has apologized a zillion times.
The guys have the bimbo that always jumps the money wagon to try to squeeze a buck or two out of someone. If they didn't want money, they would have declined her services.
He definitely owed them apologies but I hope this is a lesson learned that from here forward. Maybe some of the black comedians will be a little more careful in the use of the "N" word. No one has sued them, at least not yet.

When this started, I wondered whether he was being set up. Deliberately heckled to try to provoke him with the intention of ruining him or just malisciously creating a racial incident. What made me suspicious is that the hecklers quickly left, and someone else in the audience was doing the recording. It could be that no such plot ever existed, but now that someone is trying to sue him (if that is really taking place), my suspicions are getting new life.
On a funny side though, maybe Kramer should get that black actor who played the lawyer representing him in numerous Seinfeld episodes to pipe up in a humorous way and claim he's going to represent Kramer for free. Maybe such an event would get everyone to lighten up a little.

They don't deserve anything more from him than an apology. This PC crap is going way too far.
And what happened to common courtesy in this country? If you don't like the show, get up and leave instead of heckling the performer and disrupting the show for everyone else.
How long will it be before Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson get involved. They both make me sick.

Is this not what most people do these days? take advantage of easy or free money? richards is so busted about this that they know he will probably cough up some dough to make himself feel better. Even if these guys didnt want money to begin with I garranty a few lawers would have phoned them up and gave them a thousand reasons why they should deserve a cash settlement, cause of course they want some too!

Yes! This is the most ridulous thing I have ever heard of. Banning the Seinfeld episodes, and asking for money. They started it, and they did not get physically hurt, they weren't tortured, raped, or murdered; so what is going on here......

I don't have any sympathy for those dudes, as with Richards. They should've left without saying a word, if he's not funny.

he screwed up, he said some horrible things, and he might not be the nicest guy, but i hate when people sue! like they're really that tramatized, please. people have gotten so lazy and selfish they're suing over anything. every heard of getting a job and "working hard". are these things that people have forgotten about?

Nope. I think they are perfectly entitled to some form of compensation. they went to a comedy performance, whic was below par to begin with, then the performer himself started laying into them with rascist comments. Michael Richards is in the public eye, with many people watching him all the time, no matter how angry he was, he should have known better.
