It's a record label or a British comedy film from 1971. If, however, you meant 'Dulcimer', that's a fretted string instrument of the zither family, typically with three or four strings, although contemporary versions of the instrument can have as many as twelve strings and six courses.

I think you might mean "dulcimer". It is a stringed instrument which comes in two forms: one is plucked, similar to a lute, the other is more similar to a Japanese koto, and is hammered.
