I have rheumatoid arthritis which feel like what you are saying, on occasion one side could hurt, but usually it is both sides at the same time.
You really need to go see the doctor. There are blood tests you can take to see if it is a form of arthritis. It also could be a heart problem, or something else, so go see the doctor....

usually if you experience numbness its because you have a problem with your nerve, either its compressed or severed (and i don't think its the latter since you weren't in some kind of freak accident). But curiously enough its occuring in your right side so this might indicate a problem in the sensory cortex of your left side of your brain. you should definately go see your doctor and get a CT scan as this could be early signs of a stroke even though you are young (do you have high blood pressure by any chance??)

You might have slept on it funny. I've had this happen several times. I'll have weird sensations, tingling or numbness in a limb for a day or two and then it goes away never to return. I usually just assume I slept on it weird all night. But to be sure it's nothing serious, as always, consult a doctor.

There is evidence of nerve impingement to block the full function of those particular nerves. May want to visit a doctor of Chiropractic for an evaluation of the problem.. to determine what is causing the nerve pressure and then treat it, to eliminate the problem.
