This seems to get asked about once a week, not that I'm complaining, but I don't think I can give you one answer. I've got a list. Hendrix, Clapton ,SRV, Buddy Guy, Page, Beck, Satriani, John McLaughlin, Stevie Vai, Mick Taylor, Zakk Wylde, Slash, Navarro, Robert Cray, Yngwie Malmstein, John 5, Carlos Santana - I bet theres 50 that I enjoy including a couple of country guys and jazz guys. What is conspicuous to me is no one including myself has any women on the list. Bonnie Raiit and Susan Tedechi come to mind but they don't rate like the guys.
