Depends on where you are planning on moving to here. Tucson is extremely competitive, and salaries tend to be low when you can find the job. Phoneix has many more possibilities, but the cost of living is high. Those are the only two place I have lived in this state, but maybe try this: www.azcentral.com or www.carrerbuilder.com.
