For me, it's a toss-up between "Blazing Saddles" or "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure". To this day, both these flicks make me laugh until I'm wiping the tears outta my eyes.

I'd have to agree with Silly Billy on "History of the World part 1" but I also like "Clue", Monty Python, "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken" and an old Abbot and Costello movie where they get chased around by Dracula, Frankenstien and the Wolfman. That one is really funny!
