Totally depends on three things:
1. How much is their relationship obvious at the office
2. What type of business?
3. Are they both friends?
I've worked with many couples.....
In a restaurant, everyone slept with everyone, so it wasn't a big deal. In an office, a couple were friends of mine and they kept it low key at the office, so that was cool.
There are plenty of ways for it to go wrong, though....... probably best to keep your distance. Management has a way of "sorting" that problem out.
