My friend has two freshwater shrimp in his aqarium. One has lost its right arm, the one with the feathered feeding tools. Will those grow back, and can it live with only one arm?

Wow--I didn't know shrimps even had arms--let alone having tools! I only think of them with garlic and butter!

Yes, they do.. but it will take a while and it will be a little more difficult for it for it to eat, and to fight off the other shrimp if they are territorial. But besides that fact, it should have no trouble living.
