Nudity is natural. Actually wearing clothes is unnatural. We wear clothes due to society rules and I'm fine and understanding of that...don't want to get arrested ~ ~ Yet, when going to sleep at night being nude is not only fine it's also natural and healthy. My gosh...to gift your body with the experience of taking off the confines of the day and life...to let the entire body move and breath freely. Cold ?...that's what blankets are for. Some think that sleeping nude only has to do with sex...sometimes, wonderfully so, yes...but for what you're asking about, no. Sleep in the nude, be fine with that, just be aware and respectful of those in your home and lock or bar your door as best you can. The nude body is natural...nudity is not just about sex.

Unless you are visiting someone or vise versa, sharing a dorm, etc., go ahead! There's nothing unhealthy about it and a lot of people do it.
My mom always had a problem with it because it was like the old underwear thing (clean underwear when going out in case you have an accident). What if the house catches on fire and you have to run out? Then you don't have anything on!
I sleep nude on hot nights too or when I don't feel like dressing after a tussle with my other half.
Go for it and enjoy it!

Why would it be a bad thing when your in the privacy of your own home. We were born naked. Being in the nude feels wonderful. I think most people sleep that way. I sleep naked but i leave my bra on because its a habit. Just remember to keep a robe near by just in case there is an emergency.

No its not unhealthy unless of course I'd say if your sheets were soiled and you were sleeping on dirty sheets. The whole sleeping in the nude is something some people are just more comfortable with. So feel free to do so unless of course it offends someone in the same room as you if you say have a roommate or so...

nothing wrong with sleeping naked. I have done it for years. It's probably healthier than wearing pyjamas bc your body can breathe. Just throw an extra blanket on the bed if it gets cold

Ermm, i've got infrequently encountered topless women human beings on a sea coast, and that i infrequently stumble upon every person preaching from the Bible - as quickly as I do, they have a tendency to be older adult males bellowing it out in a city-centre, being studiously-disregarded and avidly-prevented by all and sundry, myself risk-free. the place is this sea coast, the place Sister Mary D-cup tells us how we could consistently stay our lives? i might walk-alongside for a hear! After that, your question useful covers quite some floor. in the perfect analysis, are you condoning the physique of techniques that the ideal artwork OF GOD, i.e. HUMANITY, bare and organic, a approach or the different offends and disgusts you? On a private point, i detect tan-strains quite heat, and that i do no longer recommend every person could bask in the sunlight - and that i'm extra into crimson-heads. i detect 'diminished & exciting' to be VERY exciting. ;-)

It feels absolutely great to sleep naked. If you're cold, throw on another blanket. It's worth it for the sheer sensual joy of sleeping naked.

what would make you think that's "unhealthy"? it's normal for people to shed their clothing when it's too hot or simply because they feel more comfortable nude. it's a bit pathetic that anyone would try to solicit this information about themselves on yahoo answers, but it's understandable that they are dying for the attention. you are not alone in the nude sleeping habit so get over it.

Nope, nothin' wrong with you. I prefer nakedness in bed too. Let me re-phrase that. I think it's practical. I don't like any thing getting twisted & stuff around me when I'm sleeping. I say whatever works for you.
