It is Guerilla marketing, not Gorilla.
And it means non-traditional.

If you pay 10 college kids to paint your logo on their chests and go to the Super Bowl, that is guerilla marketing.

If you pay to put a bumper sticker style ad on pizza boxes which are going to a company that you want to do business with, that is Guerilla marketing.

Gorilla marketing simply means digging in and using all of the available types of marketing you can think of to get your product/service message out to the people who need to hear it.

I coach people on how to control their type II diabetes and how to lose weight. When I began my venture last year, I put flyers in all of the gyms in our area, in all of the grocery stores, I sent mailers out to as many people I could think of that might be able to use my coaching or knew people that might be able to use it.

Gorilla marketing means using every legal means to get your message out.

Good luck!
