I do not know any Bush supporters in real life so I am honestly just curious about this because I see so many on here. Please just answer the questions as asked or do not answer this question. Thanks.
- What is your age
- Where do you get your news
- Do you read liberal opinions ever? sometimes?
- What is the most significant aspect of the bush administration messages to you (i.e. anti terror, iraq democracy, etc...)? What makes you like this administration so much.
- Are you worried that Bush has created the largest national deficit in the history of the nation?

A statement like: "most good americans, unlike liberals, support the president" makes me seriously question your age an ability to think for yourself... so , if you would PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AS ASKED - then I would have something to go off of....
I get out plenty - but I live in an area where nobody is a republican nor does anyone take republicans seriously. I do not have access to their thoght processes.

Paper, cable news, message boards (these usually give me a heads up on current events)
Yes, and most of the I greatly disagree with.
He finally fought back against the terrorist. I know there is a group now that is talking about Iraq being the number one recruiting issue for our enemy, but prior to Iraq it was Samolia, Beirut, The first twin toewer attack, etc... They were saying the US had no guts to fight back and Al Quaida had its biggest growth under Clinton. Also Bush has been good to the environment, he has pushed the hybrid car and it was his policy of putting money into batery research that hs led to a lot of the hybrids today. I think it i ssad that a Texas oilman Republican has done the biggest step forward in getting us off the oil standard than the dems have done. We can't forget the tax credit for buying one. He has also made that ocean wildlife preserve. Those are a few things he has done that I like.
Largest deficit? Of course he is leaving the largest deficit, he is leaving office. Every president befor him except Clinton did the same thing. The only president in history to take it down was Clinton. The down side of Bush's administration is he has the ta cut and spend congress. But even this congress wasn't as bad as the tax and spend congress of Carter. Pfft, they would raise taxes to cover spnding and then raise spending above the taxes. But the over all deficit in spending under Bush 2 has been shrinking. Hopefully we can get in the black soon.

-major national news sources, CSPAN, Fox News, CNN
-liberal opinions are all over the major news channells, so yes. I try to listen to all sides and gleen information from them to form an informed opinion of my own.
-Overall the country is running well. The Stock Market has rebounded to an all time high, fuel prices has come back down to a reasonable level (not near what I want them to be), there seem to be many jobs available (I don't know anyone who can't find gainful employment). I feel confident in the well being of our country right now. I am a family oriented man from a religious background and I feel that this administration is trying to preserve that. I just wish I knew why liberals hated him so much. It's one thing to not agree with him on topics, but there is a blatent hatred for him that I don't understand.
-This deficit is the largest right now. What about WWI or WWII or any other major conflict in a different era. The deficits created during those times calculated back to value of the dollar then is less than the deficit now. It's all based on which way you spin the deficit. By the time that a democratic candidate gets elected the deficit will have started going the right direction and that politician will get all the credit for it just like Clinton did during his presidency. Bush inherited an economy that was already on its way down and it would have gotten better had it not been for 9/11.
I personally do not have a problem with Iraq. What we are trying to do is get another friendly state in the Middle East to counteract the anti-American forces of militant Islam. If we lose this foothold in Iraq then watch how fast the pieces fall in the Middle East and how quickly Iran becomes a threat to Western society and theh rest of the Christian world.

I am a Centrist, so I support whomever is in the office of the Presidency. So I support the President.
I am 55 years of age.
I get my news from all aspects of the political compass. ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, HNN, Reuters, APP, BBC and many others. I try to gather as much information as I can lay hands on and filter thru what I find, connecting the dots.
Yes I do. Being that I don't align with either party totally, I think there's value on both sides as well as silliness.
For me, the issue that has the most significance is terrorism. I began reading and researching into the roots of terrorism back around 1976.
Am I worried. Absolutely. Didn't know how much you want so I will say that I am more concerned for the future of western civilization and the future of all free people. The deficit is horrible, but I have faith we can deal with it.

1. age 42
2. Minneapolis star tribune, Fox News, Rolling stone Mag, National Review, Local Minneapolis CBS station, The Internet, My Family receives a few different news letters from different sources.
3. My husband is a Liberal and we both read everything we can get our hands on.
4. I may not always agree with the President , But he has brought respect and honor back to the White House. He is a man of his convictions, and I respect that very much. His stance on the war on terror is one I happen to agree with. I am from Northern Va. and I was personally effected by 9/11 so that may have something to do with that.
5. My family is part of the working poor and under this administration we were able to buy our own home. Our lender even told us that this admin. made it possible for the working poor to buy homes for the first time in history, because lenders were willing to take risks under this admin.
6. No.

Nope i a, mot worried about Bush's deficit, because i know a democrat will take care of it, and be bashed for raising taxes like they usually do, in order to take responsibility for fake conservatives' lack of fiscal responsibility!

34yo.
From the web, talk radio, network news, cable news, newspapers.
We hear liberal opinions all day long -- either presented as news in the mainstream media -- or discussed and critiqued -- and usually laughed at,deservedly -- on talk radio.
Most important issues are terrorism and Iraq war and future military efforts to kill the terror masters in Iran and Syria and elsewhere.
No. Tax cuts will create more revenue and shrink the deficit. They said the deficit would get us in the 80s and never did. Besides, the alternative with Democrats is MORE spending and HIGHER taxes, ever increasingly on both fronts.
Thanks for askin'!
