The current value is $11.70 on the Chicago and New York Logic Design exchanges. I believe the valuation in Tokyo is somewhat higher.

Very, although AND and NOT is enough to create any gate including OR that is extremely inconvenient to do so, so OR is a good and intended mnemonic for a special gate consisting of AND and NOT.

Very. You can get along with just NAND's but having the full panoply of ANDs, NANDs, ORs, and NORs, along with some XOR's, makes doing things much easier.
