when you threaten the President they have to investigate.If I were to threaten him. then I would expect a visit.Its only common sense.He is the Presidemt, like him or not.He should be protected

One person I know of was visited by the Secret Service after he made threatening comments about the President at an online message board. That was before 9/11.

No she is not, her parents are, and now on the federal gov watchlist. If she everwants to travel it will be by car. Can never for gov or join forces. Since it happened at school I hope her teachers liked being interviewed by the FBI and told to surrender their passports until a full security check can be done. they are nowhere near the top of the list though. To many soldiers to process
The secret service does the initial check, FBI does the clearance.

It's secrete service, not CIA. Any time someone makes a threat against a president or former president the secrete service will investigate.
