Yes, but it was a case of a week 16 game, followed by a wildcard playoff game with the same teams.
The Broncos and the Raiders had this happen, and played three times in a season.

Yes. I dont remember the exact year, but in the early 90's (I think it was 1991) the Raiders and Chiefs played the last week of the season, then again the next week in the wild card game.
