got 141 is this really good or is the website just junk

Yes, 141 is great. IQTests.com isn't junk, but all IQ tests are going to give you a little bit of a different score. So, you're IQ is 141, give or take a few points... (Try taking another IQ test on another site and see how you do.) A 100 is supposed to be an average IQ, 130 to about 160 is above average, and I think above 160 is a genius. An IQ of 141 would be very good for an adult... but you're only 14! Way to go! :-)

The older and the more educated you become the less accurate IQ tests are. Usually, IQs are somewhat reliable up to 16 years old. Yet they are most reliable when the test taker is about 5 years old. If you scored a 141, you scored way above the average. Yet, it could be a sign you are studious in school, and most likely have a school average above 90.

141 is a near genius level IQ wise, though genius is learned and I earned, it is not something you are just born with. I should know.
For online test standards, it was good if you took the thing once and received that score. I'm about to be 14 and my deviated is 23 points north of that. IQ is a "good thing" to a point, but it loses correlation with g after 145-150. After that point, it is attained knowledge as apposed to innate intelligence. If you truly think you have a high IQ, get a professional test. Regardless of the results, relying on logic will make you successful. Success matters a lot more than IQ. For educ. tips, be auto-didactic and learn things on your own. You will learn the information much faster yourself than in a classroom setting.

141 is a good score but consider the source. It is one test once and online. You need a series of IQ tests to really come up with an accurate number. The test does not talk about ambition, determination or drive, so IQ alone is a number but not a final statement about success and achievement.

The website is junk. Most online tests are extremely unreliable. If you want your real Iq, then take a test from MENSA. I took an online test once and it said I had an IQ of 156, so you can imagine my disappointment when I took a real IQ test and only got 145 on the Wechsler adult intelligence scale.
