and when they reach their destination they'll be unfrozen?? so that they will be able to travel long distances without dying of old age..

i guess what you would need is to flash freeze a body to close to absolute zero in less than a second (I don't think we would ever get it faster than that), and then revive it to 98.6 in less than a second. Plus when water freezes it crystallizes. If the water in our cells crystallized they would most likely be damaged. I would hate to wake up with freezer burn.

I think it has been tried, with people that have died, and the body ends up becoming damaged. I don't think our technology has gotten that far yet. Right now the only place that it's done is in
Sci-Fi movies and with people that have had their bodies frozen immediately after death in hopes of being revived at a later time with a cure to bring them back to life.

Not with existing technology. It would take many some what major break thoughs in the related fields of science but yes it is possible.

They've always debated this, we have successfully cryogenically frozen and revitalized mice, so we can defintely send them to Mars or further. Maybe we can try for larger rodents, or Hollywood celebreties?

The sun light side can be fried.
The shadow side can be frozen.
That's why you have to spin slowly in space (barbecue)
