Sorry kid, it is upsetting to be broken up with. Just try to be honest and forthright and avoid cliches. Don't offer to be friends. Just say " This relationship isn't working for me anymore and it would be unfair to lead you on. I don't think we should see each other anymore. I hope you can understand" and let that be the end of it. Don't let her argue, be firm in your decision. And DONT tell her about another girl you got on the line.

Really. there's no such thing, unless she wants to break up with you too.
Just dont prolong the agony and get it over with! Do it in a cordial manner (no yelling, shouting, cursing, blaming..), so that maybe.. just maybe.. it may be possible for you two to still be friends in the future. It would help if you took the blame.

Sorry man, you can´t help it, you can not protect her from being dissapointed or angry, but if you still want to break up, be sincere and tell her and stand firmly. Good luck. Bye.

Make her break up with you.
Don't wash, break wind in bed, expect sex on demand, get drunk, flirt with her sisters... hang on this is what men do anyway!

You should start keeping distance from her gradually and she will herself realise that you are ignoring her.
