You are perfectly normal. The average age for males to start puberty is 11. The normal range is as early as 9 to as late as 14. Give it a few months and see how many boys are starting to go through it. They might even come to you for advise.
In case you have questions about what is happening to you and your body right now or if you the changes are normal, I've included some links.
Don't forget that every guy has gone through this or will go through it. It's part of becoming a man. So if you have questions, you can find an older guy you feel comfortable with and talk to him too.

A guy in our class when we were 12 already had facial hair... he was the only one, but from a female perspective there was nothing wrong with it! And no-one mocked him about it or anything like that... puberty at 12 is perfectly normal, that's when I started going through it too, back in the day - what is it about it that's worrying you? If you have random really obvious erections infront of the class I can see how that could be embarrassing, but don't think I could give you any advice sorry... anyhow if you add any specific worries into your question I'll see if I can help. But honestly, it's perfectly normal and everyone goes through it... I'm sure your parents'd be happy to talk about all the changes and stuff with you too, although I know it can be difficult asking!
Good luck :)

Most boys and girls reach puberty at age 12. It is normal for you . Don't let it get to you. The other boys will catch up sooner or later. Good luck.

Dang, that's late. How do you know no one else is going through it. Don't go down the road of finding out.
