i wouldn't let my college education go to waste but with 8 million dollars i wouldn't have to earn a living so i would use my degree toward volunteering in field of expertise. Unlike a job or career I could call the shots as far as how much time i invest.

I would hire a financial adviser first. Then we would discuss my goals and what I wanted, needed and expected from my life.
If I inherited 8 million I would not work during the day. I would charity work, whatever I wanted to do. I would have plans for my life but working would not be a part of it.

I would build a music studio in my house and spend the rest of my days finding the best, undiscovered musicians in the world and just letting them rip.
PS, if you're going to get a house, even though you can afford to buy it outright, get a mortgage anyway. It'll take too long to explain here, but it really does make sense.
EDIT - I would also "lend" a million dollars to someone on this site who has a picture of a dinosaur as their avatar so they could set up a music studio.

i comprehend. This has been happening for a lengthy time period. There are countless causes. The Atheists have their time table to objective to push Christianity out of each and every thing and attempt to placed on down the saints contained in the stunning days (Daniel 7:25). another excuse? everyone looks in right here purely to play video games---even some 0.5-hearted Christians are doing this---and they are asking questions for the point of dishonest. They get better IDs and ask on one identity and answer on the different. I by no ability did this and do not intend to. it really is amazingly dishonest and keeps the truthful human beings from getting any credit. ok, yet another excuse is that everybody looks bored and purely kind of going alongside with the chaos for exciting you comprehend and they are perplexed and shortage purpose of their lives. So, i imagine that quite somewhat sums it up. (I actually have responded such fairly some questions o.k. and yet purely have 4% perfect solutions. I rechecked one and talked about that the answer chosen became surely stupid---they purely got here about to agree or perchance it became the identity dishonest.)

I wouldn't let my college go to waste either. But I would pay off my loans, car and probably any other debts I had. I would give money to the church, mostly for missions and would also give money to my parents and family. I would put most of it in savings and also probably buy a house or something.

I would pay off debt, set my parents up nice, and travel the world. I'd be wise with my investments and still try to have an income of some sort. 8 millions is a LOT of money but doesn't go as far as it used to. ;)

Pay all my bills. Travel a little. Try to find a man that loves me. Go to Hollywood to start a career in something. Acting, writting books. With a lot of money someone might finally listen to me.
Get some plastic surgery so I can be beauiful.

I'd change my Major and get an MBA that way I could learn to properly invest the remaining funds and multiply it, so I would have absolute security and the freedom to do nothing but pursue my creative interests for the rest of my life.

That inherting crap is a bunch of baloney (or balogna whichever you prefer). I feel that I'd have to work for my money so I'd continue with my career while putting that money to good use... i.e my college tuition, helping the needy, putting it towards my career but I'd still be working for sure. That's too much money to know what to do with though.
