This is in a very old kitchen in a very old building...in a very public place.
The odor from commerial cleansers would impact the entire building...and probably influence food sales!
It's a huge thing (the oven), and it's filthy.
HELP!

Easy Off makes oven cleaners that are odour free, or use TSP cleaner, and water with a scotch brite cleaning pad

lots of alchohol and a book of matches......
oh sorry thats insurance fraud lol
use oven cleaner and a mop for industrial sized ovens, thats what they do in pizza shops

clean it after hours and use things to disguise the scent when customers come in

This is always done after hours, use E-Z-off and let 'er go.
