A good gift is one that you can tell actually had thought put into it. Gift vouchers are lame gifts (unless they're from grandparents, cos it's probably the safest bet from them). The best gifts are things that people remember from general conversation that you want.

It's not what you buy the person or how much money you spend on them. It's the time, thought, and consideration you put into the gift. Just think of something that the person would really like. Or take some time to make a list for everyone you ave to buy for to make sure you're getting the right presents.
