I would take a bath, and let my hair soak for a while. You could also get some really strong shampoo.
Do I even want to know how you got cat pee in your hair?

well first you have to get the smell of the litter box out of your hair . then maybe baking soda or vinager wash

white vinegar and drops of lemon let it soak for like 20 minutes the rinse with warm water. naughty kitty LOL :)
