hmm...lets see...

i know this sounds really cheap, but dollar trees have really cute stuff sometimes. For my coworkers for Christmas, i bought candles, candy, bracelets, and gift bags and it was all very chep for me to get.

For teens and some women, bath sets are nice and easy to get.

gift cards work well

A good site to go to is www.findgift.com. You can put in what types of gifts your looking for and it gives you all sorts of different ideas and price rangesl.

For younger kids, you could make your own gift sets/baskets of toys and things that you can put together yourself.

mini glitter lamps. its like a lava lamp but it has glitter instead of "lava" and you shanke them up and a colour changing light comes on and glitters. really cute and cheap. usually avail at discount shops or tobacconists.
