I am a red head and im often told im good looking, but i just get the feeling they say that to be nice.

I like red-haired women. Never gave red-headed men much thought.
I'll admit I've know some red-heads that were freckled to the point that they looked pretty weird to me (almost like a Calico cat or something), and it ain't something I prefer, but I know some people that are even into that.
So quit worrying
Hey, no matter what you are, even a 350 lb woman with spiked hair and gelantinous ankles, you are SOME weirdass or wierdassettes' wet dream, and thanks to the net, you have a better chance than ever of finding him/her.

Sorry, no offense, just personal preference, I've never liked the way red hair looks on a guy, especially if he has a beard. I once new someone who got really obsessed about me and maybe that has something to do with it, bad memory, but I still don't like the look.
Have you ever thought about dying it like a sandy brown, with some highlights? Hope you don't get mad. I'm just answering your question.

I personally don't find redheads that appealing at first glance, because I tend to go for dark-haired, dark-eyed guys. But that's at first glance. Get past that, and it's all about the guy. You'd be amazed how fast women stop looking at "looks" and start getting turned on or off by the guy himself.

Good looks are good looks. If several people tell you you are good looking, then the compliments are not all platitudes. I know many redheaded men who are extremely physically attractive and many more who are not--but I do know that redheads (men and women) can tend to be more self-conscious of their looks, probably as a result of childhood teasing. View your ruddy locks as a mark of uniqueness and nothing more, and try to separate yourself from the insecurities attached to them. I'm willing to bet you are very attractive.

I think it's fine.
Living in the south we don't always see that many men with red hair, as apposed to women with red hair.
Course now, with the women you don't alway know if she has matching luggage or if her cuffs matches her collar.
