Well, first off, it points to a family member with health, mental or emotional problem. Aspects point to what exactly. Transits say when. 'Course gemini also refers to neighbors, vehicles, and a ton of other things. My first question, without even knowing anything about your chart or time, would be to ask about an accident, or some form of abuse, or the health problem, because that will affect your personality. Believe it or not, sometimes those planetary placements refer to a twin who died, or neice/nephew, aunt/uncle that you were extremely close to, or your own child, and unexpectedly, or had/has the health, emotional or mental problem. But if the moon trines (which is the ruler of your ascendant) then that would mitigate any of the above circumstances. But it still points to an issue, whether it's a sibling or parent or relative. But Cancer rising always says "My family." General personality - "All is not as it seems - still waters run deep. You may think I'm easy going and gregarious, but it's just a facade. The true me is reserved for a select few. And whatever you do, don't mess with my family, or try to make me talk about things I don't want to until I'm good and ready.
