First you have to define what "pay it forward is".
The phrase comes from a movie with the same title.
In the movie a kid comes up with a way to change the world by starting a chain of "pay it forward".
The part that everyone misses is that its not as simple as "do it without expecting a reward". In this cold-hearted world, if you do it with that expectation, thats what you get, nothing.
What you must do is look for wonderful things to do, disturbing and wonderful things. When someone responds, often they will want to pay it back. That is when you interrupt and say that you do want pay back, but you will only take it in the form of paying it forward. Your payback is that they pay it forward, they must look for opportunities to do wonderful things for others, and when those others respond, they must ask those others to pay it back by paying it forward in the same way they were asked to.
They must give 3 times more than they got.. they pay it forward 3 times. They must have each time the person they did the wonderful thing to agree to do the same.
Its a pyramid scheme for good.
Part of a good "paying it forward" is to really understand the person you are doing something wonderful for. Insightful blessing requires an informed understanding.

That would be up to you to decide. Paying it forward is doing an act of kindness to someone else since someone did something nice for you. It could be helping someone, donating money or goods to charity, or just lending a shoulder for someone to cry on, etc. I hope this gives you somewhat of an idea what it means to pay it forward.

Do something good to someone without expecting any return.... for example you will give me $10,000.00 without expecting that i will pay it.... then i will also give to someone and never expect something... thats is the concept of paying it forward... make it big so that people will not break the cycle.....

do something nice for a stranger.... like offer to carry something for them when their hands are a little too full; hold the door for someone; volunteer at a senior citizen home and play bingo with them; anything where you do something nice for somebody just for the contentment of knowing that you did a good thing :)
