I like buying from Tire Rack and having them drop-shipped to a local installer. The selection is amazing and there are reviews for most tire models. The price is competitive and they don't charge you sales tax.

There is a tire place on E.49 and Suerior.I just can not remember the name of them but they are good and cheap.
