its not my baby it my aunt and i told her that i didnt like the name because it was 2006 and the name Bridgit was ugly... is it??

No its a good name. Good things meant to happen when a child is called Bridget. Saint of Ireland so gotta be good lol

A good name for a child is the feelings of the parent. Your aunt likes this name and that is how it will be. Guess what, you will have your choice of your childs name and that will be special to you and you won't care what others think of the name you picked. I'm not real crazy about the name Bridgit. Some old names are great, but that is not one of them.

well bridgit is a commonly used name think of something creative like my real name is rayanna i was named after a fleetwood mac song lol you can also look at how the baby acts to get a good name

The name Bridget is very pretty. i know a lot of girls my age that think its pretty. i don't like the spelling Bridgit though..

No the name is not ugly but I do not like the way it is spelled.
Bridget or Bridgette is better in my opnion.
