Britney Spears if chosen by the child. Likewise, the judge usually chose the mother as rightful custodian for children in their early ages. Federline could only have custody if Britney is incorrigible under the law.

Both need to grow up but there's no test for parenting. Keven Federline will surely be more sound.

Brittney, she will continue to be able to make more money and be a better provider for the children. Joint custody of course, but with Brittney being the sole custodial parent.

BOTH! I believe in "shared-parenting". Not only is it appropriate to the rights of the child, but also to their well-being. That is, unless THE CHILD (note I said the child not the mother or father who are at war) knows one is abusive and the courts agree.

kevin acts like a tard and would probably be out clubbing every night leaving the kids with one of his nasty ho's and britney, probably more responsible will be able to pay a nanny while she's out on tour and what not.
thinking that those people have kids together is a scary thought in itself.

One of their parents. Both will be on the road working and neither is really, truly fit to take care of children. They still behave like kids.
