Does anyone know Sandra K. Fletcher -strings teacher?

She was my teacher around 1980 at Belaire High School. She was a very good teacher. Taught me violin and piano. Later she moved and married someone named Meirs or Mears, not sure. I needed to find her to return something she lent me. Many years has went by and I haven't been able to find her.

The last time I saw her was in Jefferson Parish , during a teacher strike, she was on television can't remember what year maybe between 1988-1992 or somewhere in that time area.
