I wounldn't be surprised if it was Clark's. Even though it was last season they were together : this season picked up were last season left off at. And Lex and Lana just got together, so what's your theroy? And do you think it's possible it's Clark's? You know how writers like to keep us guessing?

My money is on Clark, creating a psuedo-continuity with the film. The roles of the three women(Lana, Lois, Chloe) on SV are almost as if the creators took previous Lana's and Lois' and mixed and matched personality traits creating Lana and Chloe for the show while keeping enough for Lois to join later or be a factor after the series ended.
It all depends on just how much time has passed since Jonathan's Funeral. technically Clark and Lana ended before that but she was at his side at the grave, so there is the possibility of a sympathy hook up.

it cant be zod lex and lana had sex after zod leave his biody
as for it being clarks it unlikely due to the fact they had sex a while back

i don't think clark and lana never did it, and it isn't zod because they did it after lex returned to lex.............so i think it is just lex's baby not clarks or zods
