First you have to have a video I-pod with out one of those sorry no luck. Then read the instructions.

Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ to download the latest version of Apple iTunes. After you download this program, it automatically organizes all of your media files. When it is done, click on the "Movies" tab to the left of the main screen. When you are at the "Movies" screen, go to "File", then click "Sync iPod".

The you're done. Simple as that. Hope this helps and good luck.

if it's a nano, try ipod linux. it's cool. you can even play super mario in it. haha.
