For example, the spread of cars lead to people moving to the suburbs and inner cities losing resources.

On another note, surveillance technologies challenge civil rights and may strip people from their right to privacy if not limited in scope.

If you are referring to computers and their use in general, I would say the largest problem is the loss of human contact. People don't seem to be able to talk face to face any more, or sit down and write a letter. And everyone expects answers and results in the space of a sound byte.

What kind of technology are you referring to? With internet...I'd say corruption in children as they have access to porn, violent sites, etc.
