im doing catering,accounting,computers in high school.i plan to go to a hotel school after high school.i would like to get experience bofore i even think about starting my own business

Owning the Hotel and Owning the Catering Business. Jobs are for employees, employees don't get wealthy- company "owners" do.

Hotel sales. You can make good money and you travel and get holidays off. Unless you aren't outgoing... in that case reservations are fun.... but you don't make too much.
