This is called engagment...meaning the head of the baby is engaging in your pelvis, also meaning that your body is preparing for labour!!! That is good news!! My daughters head never engaged so I knew she was too big for me to give birth to (10lb 2oz) so know you know that precious cargo is getting ready to enter the world!!!Good luck!!!

Well, I have no idea about what it might feel like to have something fall out. However, in my mind I am picturing you losing your mucous plug. Remember, only 3-5% of babies are actually born on their due date, and anything after 36 weeks is considered full term (you should be at 38 weeks). You may just be one of the lucky mothers who delivers a couple of weeks early! Good luck!

You are probably feeling this way because the baby is getting into position to enter the birth canal and it literally is pressure you are feeling, especially if you have dropped; meaning you notice that the position of the baby is lower down than it was before.

The baby is dropping. Getting ready to enter the birth canal. You may have a little one sooner than you planned. Congratualtions!

Maybe your baby has engaged into the pelvis, putting pressure in that area, making it feel like its coming out. This will feel uncomfortable. Contact your dr, if you are really worried, your baby can come at anytime now.

If you are feeling something coming out of your body that may be uterus prolapse.
Due to muscles weakness and some more causes this problem arises , pregnancy is also one of the cause.

Go and see your gynaecologist immediately
