It should automatically update itself. If you want to get Firefox 2 goto:

Help>Check for updates... :)

If help>about says version 2.0 your up to date. If Help>Check for updates doesn't upgrade you to 2.0 you may need to download it from firefoxs website. Don't worry about messing up your personal data, it's stored in your documents and settings folder, not the firefox folder.
