I think Hillary would make a fine President, at least from what I know of her right now. I won't really make up my mind until I hear her national platform, and we get a chance to see her on the national stage. She's a brilliant and formidable woman, who is politically savvy and more moderate than many of her Democratic counterparts.

Hillary has the kind of ideas as many democrats, although she certainly endorses the war more than most.
Guiliani is fairly liberal as a matter of fact. McCain is very much bipartisan, not extremely republican.
Guiliani and McCain would not make any better choices anyway. Not saying they would be worse, but not really any better.

She most certainly would. She's intelligent, has a good grasp on how things work, knows her way around Washington and I just kind of get the impression she wouldn't take a lot of crap from anyone. Of all the possible presidential nominees, she's probably the best qualified but wouldn't get elected if nominated. Why?
1. A lot of women are envious of her.
2. Many people find her pushy and abrasive.
3. She's not a rich, white male and the office of President is reserved for them. It's a "good old boys" club.
4. A lot of people tend to confuse her with her husband whom they didn't like even though he got elected to two terms overwhelmingly.
5. Too many people in this country are mired in the 18th century and think a woman should not be the leader of this or any other country.
6. A lot of people are envious of women who are smarter than they are and would never vote for her for exactly that reason.
7. She's considered too liberal by many people who don't even know what a liberal really is and wouldn't know one if they bit them in the butt.
So, Hillary should sit on the sidelines and wait until the next Democratic administration in 2008 and accept a post such as Secretary of State. But doesn't a Clinton/Obama ticket in '08 sound like a winner?

Heck no! I can not stand that communist wana be liberal. She only is acting somewhat conservative to get some conservative votes when she gets elected. You can not trust a woman who is married to Billy Boy Clinton. One of the biggest embarrasments in US history.

I'll agree to allow Hillary as President only if she forces Rosie O'Donnell to emigrate to Iran.
Heh, who thumbed me down? Ahmadinejad is a nice father and family guy. I'm sure that Rosie wouldn't get stoned or anything just because she's a lesbo. Rosie said that we should love guys like Mahmoud. Those were her words -- not mine.

I have admired many strong women who have helped to shape the world we now live in, but I don't see Hillary as a strong leader.
When she was criticized for interfering while Bill was President, she folded like a cheap suit.
When Bill cheated on her several times, she did not stand up to him, and she seemed more concerned w/ her political career and didn't think about the message she was sending to other women by being so subservient.

Of course she would. The smart Republicans know this as well, that's why they want to stop her at all costs - they might have a long wait before their do-nothing philosophy gets back in style.

NO !!!!!
If she can keep Bill's cheating a secret then what makes you think she would be open with the American people?
I don't like her and I don't like him nor do I trust either of them.
I would vote for a woman for president but the ones on the list now no.

Yes, she would, because she has a strong mind. But, if nothing else, having Bill Clinton's knowledge and experience and popularity (even today!!) is good enough reason to vote for Hillary. I know I will

I don't think anyone can predict whether or not she would be good president unless she's actually there.
