I am disabled and I have to tell you that this question repulses me...I hope someday you become disabled and need a place to park and can't find one because some "non disabled " person has taken up all the parking spaces and you have to park in the next block and struggle to get to where you are going and back. If you are not one who does this or is thinking of doing this and i t's just a ? I apologize but I get really mad when I go somewhere and have to park 2 miles from where I am going and stop every 2 feet to rest because I can't breath just because someone has decided they are too lazy to walk..Most of the time if I can't get a handicapped space (and never can at Wal Mart and some grocery stores) I don't even go in there). I have enough trouble just getting through the stores to shop without wearing myself to a frazzle. I shouldn't be worn out before I get in the store

Not unless I was really disabled. I know what it is like to have someone who is disabled need a parking spot and not being able to find one because some idiot didn't want to walk. That person was my grandmother and I've seen her have to sit in the car while someone went inside for her because there wasn't enough room to get her out of the car and into her wheelchair. And, I guarantee you, to this day, if I see someone park in a handicapped parking spot I will tell them about it if I see them and if they are already in the store, I call the police and give them the tag number and tell them what they are doing. There is no reason why healthy people should park in handicapped spots. It's just plain wrong.

Heck no, but not for some Politically Correct reason, or whatever.
I deliberately park away from the doors of stores, in order to excercise a bit more. I love to stretch my legs, love to run, and my heath stays fine. More stores need to put signs in their lots 1000 feet from the doors, saying "Fatties park here, you'll live longer".

I am disabled and the answer is not until I am in a wheelchair. Shame on the ones who do it illegally.

I WOULD USE IT ONLY IF I WERE TRULY DISABLED.
I BELIEVE IT'S WRONG TO TAKE A PARKING SPACE AWAY FROM SOMEONE THAT'S DISABLED JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TOO LAZY TO WALK.

Yes, but one must remember to limp, at least until you get to the front door, or else the K MART security cops will question you...

No.
It's rude and shows you lack compassion for the less fortunate.
It's not hard to walk a few more extra steps.

They just sit there empty most of the time so yes I would. That's discrimination against folks like me who aren't disabled.
