My friends and I are dancers and we're planning on doing the Talent Show. We need songs that will go really good with a lyrical/modern piece. Any suggestions?

We really like "colorblind" by the counting crows and "The special two" by missy higgins

Colorblind is a really good choice. Why by Annie Lenox and or King of Pain by The Police are two other songs that I feel are good. I hope that I helped you out.

Whoever said Annie Lennox was smart. Also, I like Sarah Machlachlan, and Natalie Beddingfield (sorry about the spelling)'s Unwritten.

I saw a beautiful choreography of the song "Hello Cleveland!" by Mono. "Heaven" by Lamb might be good. I always thought Tori Amos might be a good music choice for a modern peice.

I don't really know the title to this song but the chorus goes something like this:

"You're beautiful, You're beautiful, You're beautiful, it's true!". Something like that will really get you in.
