Yes, you most certianly can. Most return men will get the ball on the 5 or deeper so it makes no sense but on short kicks high in the air when those big boys have to catch it their probably gonna go and fair catch it. Also, Kewan (sp.) Ratliff fair caught a Matt Stover Onside Bloop Kick thing, made no sense to me to kick it like that but ne ways yes you can but it's only logical in certian situations.

No, only on a punt can you call a fair catch. However, on a kickoff, if you catch the ball in the opponent's end zone, you can put one knee down, and the ball could then be placed on the 20 yard line

Yes, you can. It was done in Thursday night's NFL game when the Ravens attempted their onside kick. When it was popped up in the air, the Bengals player simply gave the fair catch signal, caught the ball and that was it.

Sure you can.
There was a game just the other night where someone kicked a onside kick, the kicker kicked the ball too high and the receiving team fair caught the ball.
So yep.

of course you can but no one does it because the kickers kick the ball to the 5 yard line so fair catching it would really make no sense y do u ask>???

yes you can but you will make the coach very angry if you did, unless it was on a sky kick.
