Yes - it is believed that all planetary bodies have a wobble. There are many causes and theories for the wobble such as other satellites revolving around the planet, plane of inclination, gravitation forces from other objects with mass, density irregularities in the planet, rotational torque, etc. On a quantum level, the wobble could be induced by the warpage of space time.
