No . If it could help the world why would you need credit for it? How many people died in wars trying to help the world , and never got credit for it?

The good that you do should be for the strength and satisfaction you gain from within. To want recognition from others is an indication that you are attempting to satisfy a need for personal recognition rather than personal growth.
