i would have to trash all rules and start from scratch, letting the people decide their moral laws by votes not reps(vote wouldnt happen that fast but law would, and it'd be the only 1 on the books, stating the world is free, quit fighting about who's right, and remember to wink at your ex leaders. i mean, isnt the constitution a contract? who the heck signed it for me? no-one is authorized to sign anything for me. so id get rid of that style of lawmaking. and use a little more of the of/by/for the people, by implementing a hands on govt, all laws and ammendments to the constituition would have to be voted on by the people, then attach the voting system to your daily postal service, or telephone or some crazy thing. then we would be truly governed by the people. and i forgot but the worlds leaders would be a place of honor, that was so simple, that a person could do the job from day 1, then use a lotto to let avg joes be king for a day or week or whatever, i mean polotics never really solve anything but the lack of something to argue over.(for the most part.) then id have some lemonade and find an escort so i could be on top of the top of the world (toungue in cheek lololololololololololo)

1. Select and island with a lot of natural resources, agricultural and mineral, and make myself owner with a lease for 200years (as this would still be mine even after the one hour would be up).
2. Destroy individual government bodies and set up a democratic global council that would oversee and rule over every nation on earth.
3. Have a billion dollars sent to a swiss bank account in my name.
4. Have a million dollars and a jet sent to my best friend and ask her to take the jet and visit me.... and then have her marry me. lol

Ok, most might take longer than a hour to do, but it what I would like to do.

I will make LAW that would note that no one has power to change MY LAW in future that:

First 15 Minutes:
1- We do not need any Arm Forces, all should be dismissed permanently, no weapon of any kind is allowed to be build or import to this Country. Then I would enforce my law urgently through all media.SO, instantly, I would save Hundreds Billions Dollars for Taxpayers.

Second 15 Minutes:
2 -All Laws related to the enforcement the Insurance by Government, police, courts, and any officials are canceled.
People must make a direct Contract with Insurance Companies, in such the disputes be solved by private agencies. For example Motor Vehicle Accident be investigated by the said private agency , not from public pockets. SO, instantly, I would save Hundreds Billions Dollars for Taxpayers.

Third15 Minutes:
3- I would make a Law that %95 of all judges, lawyers, clerks, police, FBI, CIA, be discharged and all government's buildings and offices, immediately, be sold to the public; all prisoners, except those convicted for murder, be released. SO, instantly, I would save Hundreds, Hundreds, Hundreds Billions Dollars for Taxpayers.

Last 15 Minutes:
4- I would make a Law that from all those Hundreds, Hundreds, Hundreds Billions Dollars saving the Government pays:
a. $3000/month to each 'resident' above 16 years;

b. To create FREE education for all 'residents' from age 6 to 106 years, at all levels;
c.To create FREE COMPLETE Medical Care for all 'residents';

d. To create JOBS at such high levels that the employers be forced to 'kiss' the hands of the 'workers' to accept a 'Job'; not take them as 'slave' or 'hostage'!

e. To create a thick Green environmental everywhere, in particular in all streets, highways, and areas around cities!

I would spend the entire hour empowering myself.

Riches, land, access to world secrets, technology, homes, aircrafts, grant world wide positions of authority to trusted sources (or those who would owe me big time later on), etc...

An hour is not enough time to change the world - but after I'm done - I'll be will one of the richest, most influential people on the planet for the rest of my days.

Now I can get to work.

you are taxing my mind. good intriguing question. if i had the power for a full 60 minutes, I would sign the largest amount of cheques possible to institutions that need "social justice" -- such as animal funds, children going hungry funds, education funds, aboriginal funds, stateless people funds, mothers without financial support funds etc. etc. I hope this answers your question and it puts to light the much needed funds for the forgotten few...and many amongst us.
