I used to have the same problem. I think part of it is psychological. Be sure to relax and breathe before he enterse you. If you are tense and uncomfortable, try to find something that will help you enjoy sex more. Use lots of lubrication too! KY has a warming liquid that may help you. Good luck!

ask him to finger you or if your really brave finger yourself before sex. this will open you up more. try to relax before he goes in . ask him to do it slow.
